Heart Care
Heart disease is a big problem.
According to the British Heart Foundation over 1.98 million people over the age of 35 have suffered angina (chest pain caused by Coronary Heart Disease) in the UK. The American Heart Foundation estimates that 10,200,000 million Americans suffer from angina and that 34 percent of those who experience a coronary attack in a given year will die from it.
What symptoms do I need to watch out for?
If you have experienced angina then you have been given a warning that there is something seriously not working in your life. After many years of working as a Cardiac Care Nurse I have found that there are certain indicators that can lead to angina. Increased negative emotions are an early warning sign. These are often caused by feeling stuck in a job or relationship that isn’t working.
This can lead to pains or an empty, emotional feeling. Pains often come and go quickly and are usually sharp in nature. Most people who go onto experience a heart attack are quick to ignore this key sign. Cardiac symptoms can also be disguised as indigestion. Such symptoms mean that if something doesn’t change quickly then risk of angina and a heart attack is high.

What will happen if I do nothing?
This is simple – you will die sooner, rather than later. Unfortunately, during my days as a cardiac nurse it was my job to inform the relatives of those who refused to ask for help or investigate what the root cause of their heart problem was, that their loved-one was dead. The potential ramifications for not seeking help with heart issues cannot be understated.

It will not be wastage of time coz in any case this will never harm our campaigns for good serps.

My husband and me have squandered some time browsing over your web page and surprisingly enough you touched on some thing we were discussing only the other week with our accountant.
